Services to Agricultural Workers

TOPS is a private non-profit corporation which sponsors a wide variety of service programs funded by the US Dept of Labor and other federal and state entities. Its purpose is to strengthen the ability of eligible migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families to achieve economic self sufficiency.

If you have had seasonal employment or underemployment in the agricultural industry in the last 2 years (50% of income) and meet certain income guidelines, you may be eligible for services through the TOPS program. You can be eligible if you are a dependent of a farm worker.

On-the-job training
Classroom training
Work Experience
Emergency assistance
